REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may request cancellation before service arrangements are finalized.
If advance payments have been made, refunds will be processed according to the nature of the service booked and expenses already incurred.
Refund requests must be submitted through phone or email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
